You can cancel your orders Within 48 hours of placing the order, Once the Admin of the E-Shop approves your cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation. Refund will be initiated and processed within 5-7 days to the original source of payment.
Replacement policy
All the products sold through Numeric E-shop are usually delivered in person by our aligned delivery partners at your doorstep. For any reason, if you want to replace the product, please request it within 2 days of delivery, you can also contact our toll-free Number 1800 889 9363 for replacement request submission. Post-replacement is accepted with original packaging and MRP Tags, Replacement will be initiated and processed within a defined timeline.
